UFC-fightern Michael Chandler har förklarat varför han tycker bokningen av Logan Paul vs. Dillon Danis är en usel idé.
Michael Chandler anser att Dillon Danis inte förtjänar matchen mot Logan Paul
Den 14 oktober kommer Logan Paul och Dillon Danis är schemalagda att drabba samman i ett co-main event där KSI möter Tommy Fury i Manchester, England. Det är en match som har hintats läge nu men många fans kom att bli övertygade om att matchen aldrig skulle äga rum. Anledningen till detta är att Danis tidigare dragit sig ut en tänkt match mot KSI.
Oavsett så kommer matchningen sannolikt skapa en cirkus. Föga oväntat har matchningen lett till åsikter från hela kampsportsvärlden inklusive UFC.
I en nylig video på sin Youtube-kanal hade Michael Chandler följande att säga om matchningen:
What’re we doing? Logan Paul just got booked to fight Dillon Danis in a boxing match. Now, we got the Paul brothers themselves. Absolute social media internet superstars. I get it. Everything they do, people pay attention. On the one hand, you’ve got Jake Paul who I believe is legitimizing himself as a pro boxer. Subsequently, you have Logan Paul who now has fought KSI and is now fighting Dillon Danis.
I synnerhet så är Chandler missnöjd med att ”trollet” Danis får gå en sådan lukrativ och kommersiellt stor match:
This ticks me off for a couple different reasons. No. 1, Logan, I get it, you’re not exactly going the professional boxing route like Jake is. But to fight this guy, who I don’t even want to name anymore because I feel like he’s just been a troll and we keep giving him attention. We keep encouraging him with likes and tweets and headlines and fights like this. Why are we doing this? Why do we keep doing this?
